Deafstock is a philanthropist’s entertainment company. Our mission is to provide high-quality entertainment to the general public while making the event ADA-compliant and accessible to All Walks of Life.

We, the volunteers at Deafstock, are committed to giving back to local and national charitable organizations focused on the Deaf Community, people with disabilities, and ALL WALKS OF LIFE!

The festival will be held at Farm of Dreams Resort (FODR), 2248 Culbreath Road, Brooksville, Florida 34602.  It sits just off US‑98/SR‑50 and only a short drive from I‑75, making arrival simple for RVs, guests, and festival visitors. See the FODR page here.

• We welcome all ticket holders and individuals with disabilities to our designated ADA or Premium-only reserved area, ensuring an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all.

• Factory-sealed packages of cigarettes or cigars
• E-cigarettes and vape pens
• Lawn chairs and blankets
• Small grills with propane tanks are permitted near your reserved campsites
• People with disabilities who need assistance must request a licensed guide or interpreter in writing when ordering tickets online no later than March 6, 2027

We will strictly enforce a list of prohibited items and have implemented enhanced security measures. Please note that Deafstock Festival reserves the right to add more items to the banned list at any time and without prior notice.  All attendees must comply with the festival rules. 

• Bonfires and firepit stands are not permitted within RV or tent areas. However, one firepit area will be available near the Activity Center.
• No weapons of any kind
• No illegal drugs or illegal drug paraphernalia
• No personal fireworks or explosives
• No drones
• No glass containers of any kind
• No audio recording devices
• No laptops or tablets
• No lasers or laser pointers
• No aerosol cans
• No whistles or air horns
• No musical instruments
• No walkie-talkies or two-way radios
• No fighting or any profanities
• Nudity of any kind is NOT permitted

The Deafstock Musical & Art Festival is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Attendance is limited to 50 guests aged 18 to 20.  Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed only by guests who are 21 years of age or older.  

• The Deafstock Festival is a rain or shine event. However, there could be instances when the festival may be on hold, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather. These situations include but are not limited to severe thunderstorms, lightning, excessive wind, hail, excessive rain and/or flooding, tornadoes, or any other instance where a pause, evacuation, or cancelation decided by the City of Brooksville emergency personnel.
• The festival will have a meteorologist expert on or off our site to monitor any inclement weather in real-time, and they will also be in constant contact with the National Weather Service and the City of Brooksville Emergency Personnel.
• All emergency exits will be easily visible to attendees if an evacuation occurs during the festival.  During the evacuation, the festival recommends that the attendees go to their vehicle or the nearest roofed structure within Farm of Dreams Resort. Please follow emergency personnel for updates when it's safe to return to the festival area.

Indeed, we have toilet stalls situated in a building adjacent to the farmyard. Additionally, numerous porta-potties will be placed across various sections of Farm of Dreams Resort. Please bring your own 100-foot water hose to connect your RV to the shared water tap in the farmyard. Please bring your own solar-powered lights for your RV and tent. 

Water hookups are available for RV sites only in the hub of FODR. However, in the farmyard area, there is a shared water connection for everyone to use. Please bring your own 50-foot water hose.

It's not required to volunteer, but if you would like to volunteer in your free time, this is a non-profit organization. However, we encourage you to get involved in our event as a volunteer. Click Volunteer for more information. 

Yes, pets are permitted and must always be on a leash. The FODR features a fenced dog park with grassy play areas, shade, and separate spaces for large and small dogs. It’s a safe, convenient spot for pets to run and relax during their stay. Please be aware that loud music may cause some discomfort for your pets. Please protect them.
