- These charges are based on one 30-amp or 50-amp service. Each outlet is numbered to correspond to the number. Please use the correct outlet. Bring 50 feet of electric cord.
- All advanced reservations will be pre-assigned. If you wish to park together, you must send your reservations together.
- No leaving equipment at campsites unless paid in advance (will be removed or towed).
- There will be a limited amount of handicap camping. All arrivals without reservations will be assigned to the back rows and there will be no guarantee of electricity.
- Please fill water tanks before arrival. Water will be available on the 100, 200, 300, 400, 600 & 700 rows for fill-up only!! No permanent water hookups will be allowed. Fill up and disconnect only. Bring 50 feet of hose.
- Empty holding tanks before arrival.
- Please use caution around electrical outlets. You will be responsible for damages.
- There will be no sawdust allowed due to exhibitors not raking and bagging it before departing.
- Most sites are 25' x 50' Total length of the unit and guest vehicles must fit inside the site. No Parking on Rights of Ways.
- No Dumping of holding tanks, under penalty of Florida State Law and an Event Committee.
The Camping/RV ticket sale is final and cannot be refunded after April 1, 2025. We cannot accept a request from any campers to hold a campsite lot without an event ticket purchase and payment. We will charge an automatic $10.00 for the cancellation fees before April 1, 2025. Check-in time is scheduled for afternoon on Thursday, April 24, and checkout time is set for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27.
Please print and keep your receipt. This is your proof of purchase, print your copy or take a picture of this receipt and bring it with you to Deafstock Music and Art Festival.
