Deafstock, including its organizers, affiliates, contractors, staff, and volunteers, does not have legal authority to enforce, monitor, interpret, or act upon any court‑issued restraining order, protective order, injunction, or similar judicial directive.
Deafstock assumes no duty, obligation, or liability for identifying individuals subject to such orders, preventing their entry, restricting their movement, or removing them from the premises. Enforcement, verification, and any related actions fall solely and exclusively within the jurisdiction of authorized law enforcement agencies.
Any individual who believes a restraining order is being violated is responsible for contacting the appropriate law enforcement authority. Deafstock personnel are not permitted to intervene, mediate, or take enforcement action under any circumstances.
RV and tent ticket sales are final and non-refundable after March 6, 2027. Campsite lots cannot be reserved without purchasing an event ticket and completing payment. Cancellations made before March 18, 2027, will incur an automatic $10.00 cancellation fee. Check-in begins on the afternoon of Thursday, March 18, and checkout is required by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 21.
Please print or save a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. You can either print it out or take a photo of it to bring with you to the Deafstock Music and Art Festival.
