Guidelines & Policies

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Admission Pass Policy

  • If you bought from an unauthorized source or your pass is counterfeit, you have two options: purchase valid tickets from us at a premium price or forfeit entry entirely.
  • All pass holders must pass through rigorous security checks and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff. - Inspect all guests' bags.
  • The festival takes place rain or shine.

Wristband Policy

  • Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist for entry into the Festival and cannot be easily slipped on and off.
  • Wristbands must be re-scanned upon exit at the gate to re-enter that same or the next day, we will rescan your wristband to re-enter again.
  • Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
  • Do NOT remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way and if the wristband fails to scan, you will not be allowed entry until we make sure your name and information are matched and correct, pay $20 for the wristband replacement fee before you are allowed back in.
  • Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff and Law Enforcement will determine the severity of the crime of fraudulent financial theft. They may pursue you to the fullest extent of the law in Florida.
  • If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced and you cannot return to our event. 
  • If your wristband has been lost, stolen, or damaged, visit the Festival Pass Office before entering the festival. There will be a $20 wristband replacement fee.
  • THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.

Official Legal Notification Concerning Restraining Orders

Deafstock, including its organizers, affiliates, contractors, staff, and volunteers, does not have legal authority to enforce, monitor, interpret, or act upon any court‑issued restraining order, protective order, injunction, or similar judicial directive.


Deafstock assumes no duty, obligation, or liability for identifying individuals subject to such orders, preventing their entry, restricting their movement, or removing them from the premises. Enforcement, verification, and any related actions fall solely and exclusively within the jurisdiction of authorized law enforcement agencies.


Any individual who believes a restraining order is being violated is responsible for contacting the appropriate law enforcement authority. Deafstock personnel are not permitted to intervene, mediate, or take enforcement action under any circumstances.

FODR Campground Guidelines

  • Up to 6 guests per site/cabin; guests #5–6 are $10/night
  • Pool open dawn–dusk; no lifeguard
  • No glass, diving, running, or pets in pool area; swim diapers required
  • Keep campsites tidy; return moved items; trash goes in the activity center dumpster
  • Pets on 6‑ft leash; clean up after them; no pets in buildings or pool areas; $100 cabin pet fee
  • Drivers of golf carts must be 16+; speed limit 10 mph; no ATVs/UTVs; $10/day trail fee
  • Park 20 ft from buildings (except cabins); RV sites allow 2 vehicles
  • Bathhouse & laundry open 24/7; laundry is tap‑to‑pay
  • Fully extinguish campfires; firewood $10 per bundle
  • Respect quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM; don’t cut through campsites; use low lights at night
  • Do not approach wildlife; no lake swimming; fishing is catch‑and‑release
  • No fireworks; firearms must follow federal & Florida laws
  • No smoking/vaping in buildings, cabins, or pool areas; smoking allowed at your site
  • Camp store offers essentials, apparel, RV supplies, and fishing gear
  • Recreation includes ping pong, tetherball, horseshoes, and cornhole
  • Do not flush feminine products, diapers, or paper towels

RV and tent ticket sales are final and non-refundable after March 6, 2027. Campsite lots cannot be reserved without purchasing an event ticket and completing payment. Cancellations made before March 18, 2027, will incur an automatic $10.00 cancellation fee. Check-in begins on the afternoon of Thursday, March 18, and checkout is required by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 21.


Please print or save a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. You can either print it out or take a photo of it to bring with you to the Deafstock Music and Art Festival.
