Guidelines & Policies

• If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you have two choices, purchase the tickets from us at a premium price and if not, you will not be allowed entry at any time.
• All ticket holders must pass through rigorous security checks and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff. - Inspect all guests' bags.
• The festival takes place rain or shine.

• Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist for entry into the Festival and cannot be easily slipped on and off.
• Wristbands must be re-scanned upon exit at the gate to re-enter that same or the next day, we will rescan your wristband to re-enter again.
• Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
• Do NOT remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband in any way and if the wristband fails to scan, you will not be allowed entry until we make sure your name and information are matched and correct, pay $20 for the wristband replacement fee before you are allowed back in.
• Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff and Law Enforcement will determine the severity of the crime of fraudulent financial theft. They may pursue you to the fullest extent of the law in Florida.
• If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced and you cannot return to our event. 
• If your wristband has been lost, stolen, or damaged, visit the Festival Box Office before entering the festival. There will be a $20 wristband replacement fee.
• THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY.

• These charges are based on one 30-amp or 50-amp service. Each outlet is numbered to correspond to the number. Please use the correct outlet. Bring 50 feet of electric cord.
• All advanced reservations will be pre-assigned. If you wish to park together, you must send your reservations together.
• No leaving equipment at campsites unless paid in advance (will be removed or towed). 
• There will be a limited amount of handicap camping. All arrivals without reservations will be assigned to the back rows and there will be no guarantee of electricity.
• Please fill water tanks before arrival. Water will be available on the 100, 200, 300, 400, 600 & 700 rows for fill-up only!! No permanent water hookups will be allowed. Fill up and disconnect only. Bring 50 feet of hose.
• Empty holding tanks before arrival.
• Please use caution around electrical outlets. You will be responsible for damages.
• There will be no sawdust allowed due to exhibitors not raking and bagging it before departing.
• Most sites are 25' x 50' Total length of the unit and guest vehicles must fit inside the site. No Parking on Rights of Ways.
• No Dumping of holding tanks, under penalty of Florida State Law and an Event Committee.

The Camping/RV ticket sale is final and cannot be refunded after April 1, 2025. We cannot accept a request from any campers to hold a campsite lot without an event ticket purchase and payment. We will charge an automatic $10.00 for the cancellation fees before April 1, 2025.  Check-in time is scheduled for afternoon on Thursday, April 24, and checkout time is set for 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27.

Please print and keep your receipt. This is your proof of purchase, print your copy or take a picture of this receipt and bring it with you to Deafstock Music and Art Festival.
