- NO resale of booth space by an exhibitor to another vendor is allowed. If the person whose application is accepted is unable to attend, the space reverts to the Deafstock Festival Committee.

To be considered as an exhibitor at Deafstock Festival, a picture and description or website address of the exhibitor's booth must accompany the application. The Festival Committee will review all applications and reserves the right to deny any applicant. Applicants can be denied if the contents to be sold or the design of the booth is deemed inappropriate by the committee. Promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated. No exhibitor can sell drug paraphernalia, pornography, alcohol, or tobacco products. Any form of gambling is prohibited.

• Arts & Crafts: FREE BOOTH unlimited lot size (required purchase General Admission Ticket $125)
• Non-Profit Organization:  FREE BOOTH (required purchase General Admission Ticket $125)
• Small Business/Marketing Product Sales Exhibitor: FREE BOOTH (required purchase General Admission Ticket $125)
• Large Business/Marketing Exhibitor: $500 (included 2 FREE General Admission Tickets)

Crafted Food Vendor:  

Prepares only one food item on site (e.g., Lemonade, coffee, fudge).

Prepackaged Food Vendor:

All food is prepackaged with no preparation on site (e.g., Jellies, dips, sauces, oils, honey). Would register under Arts & Crafts Vendor.

Non-Crafted Food Vendor:

Prepares a full menu or multiple food items on-site.

- 10 ft x 10 ft: $150

- 20 ft x 20 ft: $300

- 40 ft x 40 ft: $400

• Representative/or helper: $125 per person
• Electric Outlet: $15 weekend
• One Table with 2 Chairs: $30 per day
• Camping One Tent behind the Booth: $60 weekend
