NO resale of booth space by an exhibitor to another vendor is allowed. If the person whose application is accepted is unable to attend, the space reverts to the Deafstock Festival Committee.

To be considered as an exhibitor at Deafstock Festival, a picture and description or website address of the exhibitor's booth must accompany the application. The Festival Committee will review all applications and reserves the right to deny any applicant. Applicants can be denied if the contents to be sold or the design of the booth is deemed inappropriate by the committee. Promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated. No exhibitor can sell drug paraphernalia, pornography, alcohol, or tobacco products. Any form of gambling is prohibited.

• Arts & Crafts:  FREE BOOTH unlimited lot size (required to purchase general admission ticket at $125 per person)
• Non-Profit Organization:  FREE BOOTH (required to purchase general admission ticket at $125 per person)
• Small Business/Marketing Product Sales Exhibitor:  FREE BOOTH (required to purchase a general admission ticket at $125 per person)
• Large Business/Marketing Exhibitor:  $500 (included 2 FREE general admission tickets)
• Food Truck Vendors:  Price negotiable 

• Representative/or helper: $125 per person
• Electric Outlet: $30 per weekend (small business vendors)
• 50-amp Electric Outlet:  $100 per weekend (food trucks only)
• One Table with 2 Chairs: $30 for 2 days - Friday and Saturday
• Camping One Tent behind the Booth: $60 (3 nights)
